Jesus gives us a soul-searching parable about the ‘ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom in Matt. 25. He tells us that five were wise and five were foolish. The foolish took their lamps but no extra oil with them. The wise took oil in their vessels along with their lamps. Because the bridegroom tarried a long time a lot of oil was burned. At midnight, there went out a cry saying, - “Behold, the bridegroom is coming, go out to meet Him.”

The foolish virgins said, to the wise, “give us some oil for our lamps have gone out. The wise said, “Not so, lest we have not enough oil.” Well, the bridegroom came (represents Jesus’ coming) and the wise entered in, and the door was shut. The foolish cried, “Lord, Lord, let us in.” Then the Lord said, “I know you not”.

Jesus expects His people to be ready at any time. That will require faithfulness, and godliness on the Christian’s part. It will mean he will maintain a close relationship with the Lord, and he will obey His Word. He will make sure that he forgives everyone who has ever hurt him/her, and he will keep the love of God burning bright in his heart. Listen to the warning of Jesus in Matt. 25:13, — “Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of Man cometh.”

Robin Harfouche who was an actress and dancer began to pull away from the New Age, which enraged the demons inside her and caused an accident where a 150 lb. door fell on her and crippled her.

Robin went to church, got saved, and was instantly healed, and through a false prophecy lost her healing. You say, “Is it possible to lose a healing God gave you?” Yes, through doubt.

She was caught up to heaven and saw that brilliant city. Jesus spoke to her and said, “you know if you had rebuked the spirit that affected your body, he would have had to leave you.” Shocked, she replied, “But Lord, it wasn’t a spirit. I got crippled again!” He said, “No, that was a spirit of ‘PAIN’. The Lord went on to explain. “If you would have rebuked him, he would have had to leave.

Then I said, “Well, what is the spirit of ‘PAIN?’ He said, “THAT IS THE DOOR-OPENER FOR EVERY OTHER DISEASE.” Jesus explained to her why, and how, the spirit of PAIN is a door-opener which you can read about in her book, ‘Robin Harfouche, From Hollywood to Heaven.’

I would like to make a very important point concerning healing. People often get a genuine healing from the Lord, but lose it shortly after their healing, because of the ‘Spirit of Pain’. The ‘Spirit of Pain’ is a real spirit of infirmity that opens the door to many other diseases, as well as the one you just got healed of, because it takes your eyes off of Jesus, and causes you to focus your attention on the pain, making you believe you have lost your healing, and are getting sicker than before.

So, if Jesus has healed you, focus on Him and the promise of healing from His Word, “By His stripes we were healed” (IPeter 2:24). Rebuke the spirit of pain, and Jesus told Robin, that “He would have to leave you.” When you’re prayed for, thank the Lord for your healing, and don’t give in to the voice of doubt, accepting the sickness back again. Keep on thanking God for your healing, until the spirit of pain, and infirmity leaves you, and your healing is established. Praise the Lord.

As a church we must understand that without prayer, we cannot survive the enemy’s onslaughts nor can we conquer his invading forces. Mary Baxter was caught up to heaven and heard Jesus say, “In My name I give My children power over these evil ones. She saw terrible things happening on the earth. Evil was magnifed and sin abounded. The forces of evil caused men to steal, lie, cheat, to speak evil, and to succumb to the lusts of the flesh. Mary told Jesus, “this is awful to behold”. JESUS SAID, “MY CHILD, IN MY NAME EVIL HAS TO FLEE, - PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD, THAT YOU MAY BE ABLE TO STAND IN THE EVIL DAY AND HAVING DONE ALL - STAND.

It was stranger than fiction, but two families were called into First Assembly of God Church, by just an arm and a hand calling them into our Church. Separately, twins were driving by First Assembly of God Church, and they were each beckoned to come. Then one of the twin’s husbands was driving by and he too saw this arm and hand calling him in.

This is interesting, because I (pastor), and my worship leader was praying in the church each day for a couple of hours and we would prophetically act out our prayers by waving our arms and declaring, — ‘IN THE NAME OF JESUS WE CALL YOU INTO FIRST ASSEMBLY OF GOD!’ This was during a time of great revival, and right now the spiritual tide is rising again, and there is much prayer and fasting taking place. It is God that does the work. It is God who saves, heals, delivers, and sends revival. He wants to use us for His glory. WE PRAY AROUND A PRAYER BOARD DURING THE MORNING SERVICE - AND IT IS LIKE A PORTAL - OR GATEWAY INTO HIS PRESENCE.

COME WORSHIP WITH US, AND JOIN US IN INTERECESSION - FOR OUR CHURCH - AND THE NEEDS OF OTHERS WHO REQUEST PRAYER.

Jesus lived His life completely in the will of His Father. He encouraged the discouraged, healed the sick, blind, deaf, and crippled all according to the will of His Father. He even raised the dead all because the Father willed it.

Now, it was His turn to die, and who was going to raise Him up. Spirits of hate and murder filled the hearts of the mob, and Jesus the innocent one was crucified. Darkness began to descend upon our Lord like a mantle. No sun, or moon, or stars were visible. Night in heavy gloom veiled the earth. After some time Jesus said, “I thirst;” Only a sponge filled with vinegar was offered Him. Satan and all his demons gathered around the cross to taunt, and declare that they were the never-failing conquerors. I can see Satan claiming total victory over Christ. I hear him say to Jesus, - “You are my victim. Angels, saints, and men have shouted Your triumph over death. Death is my name…Then Jesus cried, “My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me.” — But then in order to fulfill Scripture, the Divinity of Jesus said, “NO MAN TAKETH MY LIFE. I LAY IT DOWN OF MYSELF. Lo! I come through death’s portals to bind you, thou destroyer; and from your power, - RESCUE MY PEOPLE — THOSE WHOM I REDEEM.” After saying this, he bound Death with a chain of light. Then Jesus said, “Behold! the Spirit of Life prevaileth over death.” After every work of redemption was complete and the Scriptures fulfilled — JESUS AROSE FROM THE DARK DOMAIN — AND HAS ASCENDED BACK TO HIS FATHER IN REALMS OF ETERNAL LIGHT. The Women’s ministry is going to have a ‘TEA’ for my wife’s birthday the 18th of April. Her birthday is actually the 9th of April.

I have a wonderful wife who has faithfully worked with me in ministry for 48 years. She has never asked for much and has given herself to encourage, bless, and pray for others with a heart of love and compassion.

We have been on the internet for only about two months, but if you have been blessed by our website, articles, music, sermons, prayers, and ministry of the Holy Spirit,
I want to give you an opportunity to bless my wife with a birthday card, and a birthday check. My wife doesn’t know anything about this, but I know that she will be pleasantly surprised by whatever you’d like to send her.

DEATH TO THE SELF LIFE

The cross of Christ is a symbol of suffering, death, shame, ridicule, and rejection. And we as Christians suffer in a life-long battle against sin – by crucifying our own sinful desires. We suffer in a war against Satan and the powers of darkness as we advance the kingdom of God. God and sin don’t mix. A lady died in one of our services and I commanded the spirit of Death to give her up, and the response was immediate. I was amazed at how powerful the word of faith is ‘ENERGIZED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT.

AUDIO SERMON – ‘PRAYERS THAT HIT THE BULLSEYE’

Effectual prayers are effective prayers. As believers redeemed by Jesus blood – we have been granted the right – to approach the throne of Almighty God. “Let us come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need. (Heb 4:16)

This boldness is an authorized boldness because of the blood of Jesus. Jesus is interceding for us before the Father. Jesus is the high-priest of our profession (confession), - Heb. 3:1.
Jesus confesses before the Father what we profess and confess. Jesus is not the High-priest of our complaints – but of our confession. Prayers that hit the bullseye are prayers of faith.
